Yes! I offer both in-person sessions (when available) and secure online sessions via video call. Online therapy is just as effective and provides the convenience of accessing support from your own home.

Standard sessions are 50 minutes long. Initial consultations are 15 minutes free, allowing us to discuss your needs and determine the best approach for your family.

I work with children from age 3 upwards, teenagers, adults, and entire families. Each age group receives age-appropriate therapeutic approaches tailored to their developmental stage.

Absolutely. All sessions are completely confidential. The only exception is if there's an immediate safety concern for a child, in which case I follow mandatory reporting guidelines and work with appropriate services.

For the first session, bring any relevant school reports, previous assessments, or notes about concerns. For children, bring examples of their daily routines or any visual schedules you use. Most importantly, bring an open mind and any questions you have!

I work as a complementary therapist alongside medical aid. While I don't bill medical aid directly, I can provide invoices for you to claim back from your medical aid scheme. Rates are affordable and transparent.
