- Marriage/divorce support — addressing relationship conflict within the scope of Lucinda’s qualifications and certifications; referrals will be made when specialist or statutory input is required.

Short, safe steps you can try when feeling overwhelmed or before booking a session.
- Grounding: 5‑4‑3‑2‑1 — name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, 1 you taste (or a single breath) to return to the present.
- Breathing: Slow exhales help calm the nervous system — try 4 in, 6 out for 4 rounds.
- Safety planning: If feeling unsafe, create a list of emergency contacts and local crisis numbers. We can help you build this in a session.
- Substance concerns: If you or someone you support is using substances in ways that risk safety, seek specialist addiction services — we will support referrals.
