Do you offer online sessions?

Yes! I offer both online and in-person sessions to accommodate your family's needs and preferences. Online sessions are conducted through a secure, easy-to-use platform.

How long are sessions?

Standard therapy sessions are 50 minutes, giving us ample time to work meaningfully. Your free introductory call is 15 minutes - perfect for seeing if we're a good fit.

What ages do you work with?

I work with children from age 4 through teens, as well as adults and families. My approach adapts to each developmental stage while maintaining consistency in care.

How many sessions will we need?

Every family's journey is unique. Some find relief in 6-8 sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support. We'll review progress together and adjust our plan as needed.

Do you work with schools?

Yes, with your permission, I can collaborate with schools to ensure consistent support across environments. This often helps children generalize skills and feel more secure.

Taking the first step is brave - here's how to make the most of our time together:

  • Write down your main concerns - Just 3 key points about what brought you here and what you hope will change
  • Note recent events - Any changes, stressors, or milestones that might help explain current challenges
  • For children - Bring examples of daily routines, any school reports, and observations about what seems to help or worsen situations
  • Think about goals - What would "better" look like for your child, yourself, or your family?
  • Prepare questions - No question is too small - this is your time to understand how I can help

What to expect: Our first session is about understanding your unique situation, establishing trust, and creating a clear path forward. You'll leave with initial strategies and next steps.
